Title: My Mod Wheel Doesn't Mod.

Mod wheel on my Minbrute SE does zip...nada.  I see hints online that there's a calibration procedure/software, but as this Arturia forum is about the worst organized I've ever seen, can anyone give me a straightforward answer to how to solve this issue?  Apparently Arturia doesn't respond to repeated requests for trivial matters like a major feature of one of their products to not function.
