Title: Authentication issues

Did a reset on my computer and now I am having authentication issues. Anyone run into this before?

Cannot use control center or AL, which came with the minilab I bought. Pretty peeved about this! love the hardware, hate that I sent an E-mail to CS and simply never got a reply.
