Title: Bug: Duplicate tool tips

I believe the following behavior to be a bug in the MMV 2.0

Description:
When hovering the mouse over control knobs on the MMV duplicate "tool tip" windows appear.  

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open MMV (DXi or VST mode)
2. Hover the mouse over the Sustain knob of VCA1 - wait for tool tip to appear.
3. Move mouse slightly but not off of the control - a second tool tip appears.

(I am attempting to attach a screenshot)

System Info:
OS: Windows XP Professional (SP2)
CPU: Pentium 4  2.7 Ghz
RAM: 1GB
Software: Sonar 2.0 (when referencing DXi issues)
Controller: Alesis QS8

Please advise if there is a more appropriate way to report defects.

In testing the pre-release version of MMV 2.1 this appears to be resolved
