Title: Independent CV/Gate and MIDI (how?)

I've been led to believe through videos and so on that you can use the CV/Gate outs for the sequencer and then play a drum machine via midi on the CTRL side of the beatstep, but I can't seem to separate the channels. I can only make it do everything at the same time.

Can someone please help?

In Midi Control Center:
- Set Global to the same channel as CV/Gate = Ctrl mode of CV/Gate
- Set Sequencer to the same channel as CV/Gate = Sequencer mode of CV/Gate
In your case:
Sequencer+CV/Gate = Same channel
Global = different channel
And you can/have to make this setting for each of the 16 memories.

I'd love to check that it works but unfortunately the output voltage isn't high enough for either my microbrute or microzwerg... :(((
