Title: User's Manual for MMV 2

I have downloaded the upgrade and am delighted to have it :D .  Unfortunately without a manual to help me understand the new features they are rather wasted on me :( .   I have downloaded the quick start manual but it doesn't add much to the existing manual that I can see.  Are there any plans to provide a full updated user's manual download for registered users?  Please?

if you order a "hard copy" of the free upgrade and pay the shipping and handling, you'll get a new install cd and a new manual, all for a very reasonable fee.

its worth it too
