Title: What's going on with this support?

Hi,

never did this before, but I don't know what to do else.

I bought a mini V on Friday 6th of July and till now I didn't get the product and I didn't get any sufficient answer from the support.

It's unbelievable.

Any suggestions?

While you're waiting for your license, you can download the software.  Click the "Downloads" menu item at the top of the page... a 15 days trial of the Mini V can be picked up there.

Hi -thank you for your answer. Yes I could do this, if I would be interested in a demo-version. But the problem is, I decided to buy a product via internet. Normally I would get a download-link within minutes. I payed the money 11 days ago and I didn't get anything. The support doesn't answer.
