Title: Can't install v1.2 upgrade

I am putting this on a Dell Dimension 4600 3.2 G P4, 2Gig Ram.  I can't get the upgrade to install.  The system says that it is about to update the registry, but the bar graph shows no progress, then it gets into this loop and says "Setup Needs the Next Disk".  I put in the original disk and the same thing happens.  I swap again... over and over.  Keeps asking for the next disk.
Any thoughts (other than wait for v2)?
