Title: VCollection 2 Register Problem

Good Morning,

I purchased the V Collection 2 in Germany by a Dealer.
No i have a problem that on the REgistration Card is only an unlock Code and the Licence is stored on the Dongle (so no Problem to use the Plugins)

But without the Serial Code i'm not able to register the Software on Arturia's Homepage, so is their any opportunity to read out the Licence Number from the Dongle?

Please take a photo of the registration card, and send it to me through private message (you can attach pictures). I will have a look quickly.

Problem solved, i scratched away the Black Line over the Unlock Code!

In the Manual nothing is mentioned about it

The black line should never have been there...
Maybe a weird trick from the plastic cards printer ???
Anyway, glad to hear everything is now sorted.
