Title: No Activation Code

I bought my Analog Player today, and when putting in my serial number and unlock code in order to receive my activation code, I arrived at the confirmation screen. Upon pressing "Submit" button I was informed of a serial number error. I've tried to register it several times to no avail. Please help!
