Title: No confirmation email from tech support

I sent a support request, but I don't get an auto-reply to validate the request. the request does not appear either in my account. I sent the request a second time, still no answer. My email is valid, I receive all advertising offers from Arturia !

It takes a few days for it to process and for the email to get sent to you. It should come in a day or two,
