Cannot get laboratory keyboard to sync in prefs.

what OS are running and what Laboratory do you have (49 or 61)?

I have the same here and no problem.
Can you give me sone details about the issue?
Do you see it in the preferences panel?

Yes it shows lab in prefs and  I check box only way I achieve sound is using the mousepad

Does it work well with other software Analog Lab, your DAW?

I first hooked my axiom 25 up and it  did not work so I hooked lab up .It acts like it syncs but  nothing happens Ill restart  my computer in a bit and retry.

I restarted my laptop all works great will purchase this after demo ends.
