Hello,
First of all, my apologies for posting here. I'm unable to submit a proper support request concerning my product registration because I can't register my product. I purchased Dr. Bob's Collector Pack and the key is either missing or I am unable to locate it. Is this printed somewhere in a manual? Everything I'm reading seems to indicate that there is a plastic card of some sort. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
