Title: lost origin

Can somebody from Arturia support please tell me what is going on with my new Origin Synthesizer???? I have it in repair for more than 5 week with any feedback from Asturia Support. I paid 2000 Dollar for this instrument and had it in use only for a couple hours!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm.....

I remember I personally took care of your machine some weeks ago, so you should have received it back now. I'll double check with the guys who are in charge of that job. I'll let you know asap.
