Title: Two problem with my new Origin

Hi to everybody

Just purchased a second hand Origin Desktop but:
1-I cannot register my Origin (it seems that the serial number on the lower side of the desktop does not work: 09 XX XX 69)
2-I cannot upgrade the Firmware with the last origin connect and firmware. The soft did not found my Origin (but backup BEFORE uograde work fine ???)

Any idea

Are you using the latest Origin Connection software?

Yes, i download the latest version of Origin Connection software.
I just upgrade my Origin to OS 1.3 thanks to a windows based PC laptop and it work fine (i have a iMac)
Where can i find the famous template ??

there's templates in the presets forum
