Hello,
Today I have tried to update to the newest firmware 1.3.50 Version. All was going well until it stopped at 99% and was not moving for at least 20 minutes. I then decided to reboot Origin.
After rebooting it showed 1.3.23 Version in settings menu. So it didn't update.
Worst thing it was not playing any sounds and hanging. I tried to update again but it started to show some error about flash memory on 0% of updating. I am attaching the print screen of error.
Did I destroy it with firmware update?

Please open a case with the support. When you do that don't forget to join the update log files. The log files are available here:
PC XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\"user_name"\Application Data\Origin Connection
PC Vista:
C:\Users\"user_name"\AppData\Roaming\Origin Connection
Mac:
/Users/"user_name"/Library/Origin Connection
Make a zip of the whole "Origin Connection" folder (you can send me the zip immediately so that I can make a diagnostic asap).
As soon as you open the case send me the case number so that I can trace it directly, it will save time.
Did I destroy it with firmware update?
I need the log files to answer this question.
