Hey,
Just wondered if there are any good in depth tutorials for the Origin? On youtube or anywhere.
I've seen the Arturia ones, and a few bits online, but everything skims the surface and I find the manual confusing.
Maybe someone would consider putting some on youtube if there aren't any.
Just a thought.

Hi kidharpoon,
a very basic tutorial can be found in the manual starting at page 30. You can follow this step by step.
Starting at page 157 the basic of substractive synthesis are descriped.
The description of the modules is a kind of redundant. Many things are written more than once. But just read the parts, which make clear what the module can do.
After this you can start at anypoint to connect any modul with any other modul similar to modular hardware systems. I admit first steps will be a kind of trial and error, but certainly you will know what you are doing after a while.
There are good tutorials about sythesis in the net. Free and legal. Search for:
- Welsh's Synthesizer Cookbook
- Adam's Synth Tutorial
- Synthesizer Programming (can be found on the Access site)
- the nord modular book
Hope this helps a little bit.

Yep, I've done the basics in the manual. I'm just a bit confused with some of the connections. Maybe an in depth book is the way to go.
thanks a lot
