Title: Origin Connection Software missing presets

Hi, I use the brand new Origin Keyboard with firmware 1.25 and this is connected via USB direct on a Mac with snow leaopard v. 10.6.5.

If I start the origin connection software to sync with origin I´ll get only  presets above memoryplace 400 (400-464). The same problem for multis: only 5 Multi presets are syncing (1000-1005).

Any idea who I can solve this problem?

This is normal. Origin Connection only accesses the User Presets area.

Programs #0000 to $399 are Factory Presets
Multi # 1000 to 1099 are Factory Presets
Factory Presets cannot be overwritten.

Therefore, User Presets that can be imported/exported using Origin Connection are
Programs # 0400 to 0999
Multi # 1100 to 1255
(the ones you are seeing  are probably #1100 to 1105)

is it planned someday to give us the opportunity to write user programs on factory slots ?

The plan - today - are to include to the major version that will follow the 1.3 a complete rework of the preset management from a computer. In that package one idea is to allow the user to unprotect the factory presets. Be aware however that this is not a guaranteed feature. The specifications of this enhanced preset manager are not done yet.
