Having just purchased the thing back in late spring, the screen decided to die out on me. Sent in for repair and after all summer I finally get the unit back. Guess what? Problem wasn't fixed, display is still dead. Furthermore the unit I sent in was in pristine condition, and the unit I get back is dented and scratched. This is frustrating,what the hell did I pay for?

as I replied to your email, I personally checked your unit before it was shipped back to you.
It was actually put on test for a few days after repair, and the display was working flawlessly.
There was no dent (or "bent" metal as you mentioned in your email) , nor scratches, other than a tiny paint chip on the very edge of the armrest (as it was when we received the unit).
I therefore suspect that it was damaged in the return UPS shipping.
Please continue this communication via email with Arturia US to get it resolved.
