Title: VST Not showing up in FL Studio 9

I installed V2 - the standalone, RTAS, and VST.  However when I run FL Studio 9 the plugin doesn't appear. I put the .dll file in the same folders as my other plugins that do appear like FM8, Absynth etc, but still nothing.  The standalone works fine.  I'm running Windows 7 on a brand new Dell xps 9000 FWIW
