Another one bummed by this BUG and pissed off by total absence of support from Arturia.

If no one will reply to this problem with a bugfix or patch program/procedure to recover, I'll write this on SOUND ON SOUND magazine, they'll be more than happy to warn all users about poor Arturia support.

They NEVER reply to support reqyests.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU NEED AN UPDATED SOFTWARE OR SUPPORT.

Well, you are currently pointing two totally distinct things: one bug, and the Tech Support response.

On the first one, the user's favorite presets disappearance, we are currently testing the resolution or workaround, and will hopefully post something later this morning. I keep a fair pressure on my clever colleagues at Dev Team.

On the second one, I just found one correspondence from your in our incident tracker in December'09, which I assume was answered late (within 4 calendar days).

If any deeper problem, please let me know.
