Title: Computer died.. Need License help. Please

 I hope you can help me. I had Analog Factory
installed on my computer, before I had a chance to switch the license number
to my dongle my cat spilled water on my computer and it died. I now have a
new computer and dongle but Analog factory says I have no more activations.
It says this:

The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used
only once to download or upgrade a license.

Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.

I have contacted Tech Support. Is there anything I can do to get this process moving? I would be happy to help if there is anything I can do.

P.S. None of the information in the top part of "My Account" is visible when I log in. Also, my Analog Factory is not visible unless I click "add", then on the next page it shows up under "My Licenses" .....Curious

   I don't know why I never got the message. My problem is solved and the license saved to the dongle.
