Title: Missing graphic interface in OS 9 VST

I've seen posts here about the lack of a graphic interface in OS 10x. when using Logic. I'm having a problem with this in OS 9.1 as well   You can only install the VST plug-in for this operating system, so the workarounds for 10 don't work. Anybody know how to deal with this?
