I have several times tried to contact teq. support without any result. Therefore I will try it here.
I have reinstalled my Analog Factory on my new mac and now it doesn't seem to work. I have updated my sofware and when I register it says that it is already registered.
So what to do now , can anybody help?

I did not retrieve your previous inquiries at the Tech Support desk. And your synth seems not to be registered under your current email address.
To get assistance, please register your synthesizer in your Arturia account (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/my-account.html), then click on the "Tech Support inquiry" button. Someone will get back to you asap.

I have tried to create a new account , and it says that it is already recorded in your database.
What else do I have to do???
