does not answer on my email ? i have a nice analog factory and can not use it. great ...

We are currently processing a nice amount of cases per day, and a few are still in the end-of-December zone. We are pretty sorry for temporary inconvenience caused.
However it is highly possible that yours currently is being processed, as long as you contacted us through the regular way (your account interface).
Let me know by private mail if still no response at the end of the day.

now we have january 14 and there is no answer in my email or in my acaunt on this page - what's wrong with this company - fuck
