				I just recently purchased the Jupiter-8V.  Im very excited to use this plug-in.  I'm a complete hardware head.  I want to keep one for my home computer and get an extra Dongle for my travel computer.
 
 Is their some option when I purchase the Dongle found : http://www.arturia.com/evolution/store/product_info.php?products_id=74 * that I choose to make it work?
 
 Does anyone work as long as I purchase it from here?  * meaning/assuming any dongle that I purchase from this site will work with my plug-in?
 
 Do they have to customize it to my license number and the Jupiter-8v?
 
 Please advise.  I am going to be traveling for several months and really hope to resolve this concern as soon as possible.

				I sent one in about 3 days ago : and another directly to the sales department 2 days ago.
 
 Im not sure if Im suppose to get a response to my email but isn't their a 2 days response..?
 
 I've not received any response in 2-3 days : just curious if it ended up in my junk mail..
 
 any way for you to check?  both response where sent to my hotmail account.

				 I saw the post about reduced service however this is an licensing issue and therefore should be handled promptly per your notes?

				it's been weeks I still have no reply.  It wouldn't be that much of an issue however when I sent the message I was told their would be a response in 48 hrs.
 
 I've also written you (Antoine) and pm and I've not received a response from you as well.
 
 Please give me some type of feedback.  Should I write another request?  Wait for you?  Is it possible for you to check the status with them?
