Title: Move User Presets from old to new computer (can't export them it wont boot)

Hi all,

I'm moving all my stuff on a new hard disk, reinstalling all software (I can't boot from old hard disk) and coying preferences and presets from old to new computer (I'm on Mac). I can't find a way to find where my User presets are stored, that in which file, to move it then to the new hard disk in the same identical position. Any hint about how to do it?
