Title: Bug report: very high levels after 44,1 > 88,2 kHz

Hello
Is there a special place for bug reporting? Anyway: when I play MM_New_Classic lead on 88 or 96 kHz sampling rate I have MASSIVE sound buildiup totaly distorting my output (it`s +50dB probably). It happens once ~20 secs (or even more often) and only on high sample rates, sound is very loud for about 0,5sec. Happens with or without the delay.
