You will find more information in the Intro (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/Mgmodularv/intro.html) page, and the manual in the Resources (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/Mgmodularv/resources.html) page.

Be sure to back up your own programed sounds!! I forgot to do it and they're history.

Okay, I managed to get this dmg file, install the new e-soft License controler + version 2.5 Mg Modular.
Starts perfect under Tiger and a G5 or under Snow Leopard on a MacPro.
New presets added during this initial startup; cool!

Does it not go into a seperate directory so that you still have the option to use your v2 with the sounds intact? (as with CS80 and CS80v2)

Yes, the previous sounds are always present and the few sounds personal.
Many thanks and BRAVO Arturia !

Geronimo,
I have been getting this same message (also when trying to download the CS80V2
update). What did you do to finally be able to download the file?
Thanks for your help.
Best,
Scott

Geronimo,
Thanks so much for your help, your advice was just what I needed.  Downloaded
and installed both MgModular and CS80. I wonder why the e-mail didn't just
link to the Resources page as it would have saved me a lot of frustration?
Many best wishes to you!
Scott

The key is that you get there; have you heard the new Mg Modular patches ?
They are really good.

I'm glad the sequencer knob indicators are back in semitones, not percents !
Also, I get very low CPU rates now, even on complex patches.

One minus for the visibility of the patch selector knobs.

Anyways, it's a great improvement !

i'm happy with the mmv upgrade.  by contrast, i immediately uninstalled the 2600v update.  didn't sound the same to me.  go figure... :-\
