Title: What would happen to eLicenser if I upgrade my machine?

Since CS-80V has moved to Syncrosoft eLicenser in V2, I wonder if there will be a problem if I install it now on my current machine, then later on upgrade to another machine and want to install it again.  I don't have a Syncrosoft key, so I have to authorize it to my harddisk.  I guess reinstalling it on another machine is not possible, right?  Can I de-authorize it from my old machine and re-authorize on a new one?

Or buying a Syncrosoft key is the only way?
