Title: Problems with new registration from MiniMg V

Is there sombody to help me? When I am entering my serial number and unlock code, there's coming "Serial number unlock failed"! The number and the code is right. That's a realy intresting tricky thing. My problem is, that's my first registration. I can't contact the technical support. Thanks...

I don't have access to the database here, but a common source of error is the confusion between "O"s (letter) and "0"s (number). Please double check your Serial and unlock, and make sure you get the "O" and "0" correctly.

Thank's for the idea. But that's not the problem! A number with "O"'s is not exist. Is anybody from the arturia support here in the forum? Thanks.
