i had to reinstall windows after my computer crashed and lost all in my hard drive I reinstaled analog factory but now it says there is no licence when i try download new licence from syncrosoft licence control centre it says activation has been used I now have a product which i paid a lot of money for that doesnt work i have contacted tech support on numerous occasions with no response please can someone help

I have the same problem, and they confirmed that you can only use it ONE TIME. I cant beleive this company. I was told you need to buy the USB dongle.
I just have one question if anyone can answer me. Will this fix my problem for sure? or do I need to buy another thing again in 2 months from this company to make it work.
