I go on holiday for 4 days and come back to find that the LSC has decided to lose my license data on my Mac for both Analogue Factory and Jupiter 8V software  ??? >:(.  Anyone got any ideas why? I'm currently waiting for a response from the helpdesk, but I'm itching to write tunes, but can't.

HELP  :'(

Did you install any other software?

Make sure you have the latest version of the License Control Center from Syncrosoft at www.elicenser.net

No new software loaded and I've tried loading the latest version of the LCC and earlier version from my backups and neither worked :'(.  Really confused by this..... ???

Oh I forgot to add that neither of my plastic cards that came with the software have an the 32 digit activation code, only the 16 digit license number, so I cant unistall and try again.
