Hi,
first post here! :)
I just bought and installed the 10 year anniversary suite.
It all works fine and I transferred the licenses to my already existing cubase dongle which worked fine too.
The only problem is I cant register the MiniMg online.
It keeps saying my serial number isnt correct but I checked and tried quite a few times. All others worked. Is there a fix?

I contacted the technical support. Also about the problem I have with Brass. Now its just wait and see how good their customer support is.

Me too.. All the other software synths gave no problems. It's just the miniMg V. Aargh. Seems to be a bug? Arturia.. Help!

With me the Brass plugin doesnt show in Cubase either.
It said on their webpage that support gets back to you within 48hours. So far I had no reply.

Mail sent to Arturia support team.
but still no help from the arturia support.
:-(
i bought for 249$ a product which can't be activated...
my next vsti will be one from native instruments (pro-53)

i'm waiting for 2 weeks now. wrote several e-mails and a pm here at the forum.
but still no reply from arturia. can't register the miniMg and dont get the activation code for the dongle.
Arturia! Please stop with this immature copy protection system. it's frustraiting your customers...

after more than 3 weeks finally an answer from arturia support.
they told me, that the problem is solved now.
but it's not. still no chance to get my activation code :-(
