Every time I have opened the Jupiter 8V, I have had to crank the volume to full and then boost the track to full and sometimes put in a utility to add volume. It is simply the quietest soft synth I have ever come across.
I think it should be made to be more in-line with other soft synths in terms of levels.

Amen! brother....

no problem here actually.
edit: I have checked...and it is quieter than other softsynths...but since I keep the levels of the other track low I have never really noticed it...and it will be taken care of in the next update as Antoine mentions below...

Yep, yep, this is being corrected in upcoming update, among other things.

Are we going to finally be able to use this in Cubase 64bit?

Please tell me when ? (At least some)

Great to hear. This synth has a lot of potential. I hope it can be brought up to the level of the miniMg, cs80 and prophet..

Ah great news! It's funny how much loudness can effect your impression of a synth. At first I thought the Jupiter was very tame and thin sounding, but really it was just quiet and sounds great cranked.
Now pleeeease tell me that most of the buttons and sliders will be exposed to the host with the update, like just about every other synth plug-in out there! ;)
