Title: how do i use AF after my pc has had a system recovery

my windows XP pc recently suffered a dodgy spyware attack which caused me to have to use a system recovery to fix the problem.
(thats that option you get when you first turn the pc on)
now my registered Analog Factory 2.0 wont work because it says the licence has been disabled-Please does anyone know what i can do?

i guess the support team are all on holiday at the moment because i havent had any reply to the help requests yet and i sent them about a week ago from this post...
i really want this program back - id be very greatful for any help. thanks
