Hi, I sent this message via the support page but have gotten no response back. I just had to do a erase/reinstall on my imac computer. This unfortunately deleted all my elicences. I reinstalled my Analog Factory Experience and got an error message about my activation code not being valid anymore since it was used to put it on this computer in the first place. I also emailed Syncrosoft and they stated that I needed to get a new activation code from Arturia. Please send me a new code or give instructions on how to make this work again. Thanks much, Jeff

Couldn't find your request in our support base; have you got a case number ?

Hi, No I never got a case number? or email confirming the support form I filled out and submitted. How do I get a case number?
-
Hi, I think that I filled out a support form in the wrong area. Now I see that there are 2 different support forms, I was not aware of this fact. I just filled out the other form and did get an email with case #68398. Let me know what is next, thanks much, musicdragon

Anyway, just drop an eye to your mailbox...

Hi Antoine,
Thank you so much! Everything is back up and running. Appreciate your help in getting a new code and solving this for me! Take care, Jeff :)
I also went back and looked for the other support form...can't find it??? But it had a different format that seemed to be for other businesses and software developers...not sure where I found it on the site? No matter, since I now know what to do correctly, thanks to your guidance. :)
