from I tried to install AF for a half day. i got it
and then i tried to active with my 32 digit on card to SLCC
it said "... have been already used..." but I just by it today
So...... what can i do ?

I have exactly the same problem for the 2nd time. It is extremely frustrating. I have send emails to Arturia for a resolution but have not yet heard back. Good Luck!!!

I have the same problem after doing a erase/reinstall on my imac and am still waiting to hear back from tech support or to receive a new code or some help. Hope they answer us soon!

All of above requests have been handled and solved through the regular Technical Support desk (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=85).
To any further user request for such issue: make sure you have registered your synthesizer (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/my-account.html) before asking a new authorization.

thank you very much for quickly response - Authorization was successful. Now I can play my Analog Factory (a great synth) again. I´m very happy :)
Now I saved my license on a License Control Device (USB-Key) - Best regards, Franz .... YES, WE CAN ;)

I had the same experience. We purchased a new Analog Factory Experience controller with Analog Factory software. Can't use it because it says it was already registered.
I sent a note off to tech support (after registering) - hope to hear something back. I'm using the demo 2.2 software at the moment.

Still no word. If I don't hear anything soon I'll need to take the unit back. I've checked my case number and not received a response. Any luck? Please let me know soon.

I´ve just reinstall my iMac OSX and it was so frustrating when I trying to reinstall Analog Factory Experience Sofware. How long the take to "reactivate a code" from a registered user?

I'm new to this forum. I've got the same issue with the activation code, sent messages to the support (the first one was sent on the 16th of april) and didn't have an answer... Is there something special to do (invocations, prayers...) to have a new activate code ? My case is number "73803". Please... I really need my Analog Factory back !
