Title: Bought AF from a friend. Now what?

Hello,

My friend sold me his analog factory, software and controller, and obviously it isn't working due to Syncrosoft's Licensing service.  We were both unaware that this would be an issue. Is there anyway to remove him as the registered user and transfer it to me?  Or am I out of luck?

I'm pretty sure Arturia allows you to transfer licenses but I can't recall the specifics. You should probably email customer support and await a reply on how to go about doing so.
