Title: Re-install AFE

Hi
I have recently suffered a drive failure and tried to reinstall the AFE software onto my new drive but it is telling me that the software licence has already been used. I have tried emailing tech support but still have not heard from them as of yet, is there anyway to get AFE back up and running onto my computer?

Could you please elaborate on you last statement as at the time of this posting I have not received any email or acknowledgement from Tech support to that effect .

Hi Antoine
I have received your email( it was put into the junk folder by my email software...doh) asking me to register the synth. This has already been done and I have visited my account again and looked at my licence number which is still showing.
