Title: How do you upload presets?

I've read that the add attachments option is located under "Additional Options" when you post a message. However, when I open the additional options I only see the options to notify of replies, return to topic, and don't use smileys.
Any ideas?

Strange, when I log as a common user (without administrator rights), developing the Additional Options gives the 3 options you describe, plus the "Attach" > "Choose the file" button (max 256kB).
Please try logging in with an alternate browser (Firefox, Safari, Opera).
