The giant, unnecessary pain that is Syncrosoft won't let me activate because the previous owner (my nephew - after months of trying this and that, his system still wouldn't recognize the keyboard so he gave up and sold it to me) must still have the license under his name/account. So what do we have to do so that I can get this thing installed? He doesn't live anywhere near me, so popping over with a dongle isn't going to happen.
I've got the ARP2600, the CS-80, and the Mg Modular programs, and I've never had this kind of trouble with an Arturia product before. I certainly won't be buying any in the future that involve this sort of copy protection.

[replied through the usual Tech Support way]

Would that be through a mail? I haven't received anything.

Please - I still have no reply so I guess I don't know what "the usual tech support way" is. Please tell me where to look. I have nothing in my messages here and no email, and of course I still can't use the program.

Replied to case #59991 by Friday 19th at 10:04 AM, through your private mail address.
Basically, you need to register your AF copy to get get a new code. Possibly, please forward previous owner identification.
Of course don't reply here, for confidentiality reasons. ;)
