As your LCC explicitly shows it, there are 2 types of dongles:
_ the hardware one: USB-eLicenser, shown as "USB", which is removable from the computer;
_ the software one: Soft-eLicenser, shown as "SeL", which is locked to your computer.

To use your favorite synthesizer on any of your machines, you need to move your license from the Soft-eLicenser to the USB-eLicenser. This process is fast and documented (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=103&lang=en).

Note: your computer needs to be connected to the Internet during transfer process, because of the connection to the Syncrosoft servers.
