Title: Why can't I download update?

Hi,

I am trying to download the 1.6 update and the server keeps giving me ftp errors and saying I don't have permission to download.  I am logged in and it appears to be a server issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I've just tried to update the CS80V and been unable to log in.

There's a message from Antoine elsewhere on the forums saying they have a server problem.

I'd already emailed tech support before I saw Antoine's message, but that sounds like the cause of the problem.

He says the server's been brought to its knees. I don't know if that means it's in a serious state or whether it's praying for help.

Everything should be ok now.  Antoine said the problem had been sorted a few days ago.  I did all my updates (after reinstalling on a new PC) yesterday and everything works smoothly now.
