Just got AF and I seem to be having similar experiences as some people with OS 10.4 on a Macbook. I Put in the disc, did the stuff and... well... nothing. The program launches an empty screen and then crashes if I touch anything. I haven't had the opportunity to enter a serial # or anything yet. I downloaded the step by step guide but I can't seem to find the SLCC to even complete step one. I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
The LCC should be there: "Finder" > "Applications" > "License Control Center".
If not, please install it from the latest update: http://www.syncrosoft.com/Support-78-11.html
If no Soft-eLicenser was created during installation (i.e. no "Sel" dongle in the LCC main window), here is a simple way to recreate it:
1. Open "Terminal" application (resides in /Applications/Utilities/")
2. Copy following code (including the quotation marks) and paste it into a Terminal window (press return afterwards to execute the command):
"/Library/Application Support/Syncrosoft/pos/Synsopos.app/Contents/MacOS/Synsopos" -RegSeL
3. The result should look like the following:
Synsopos SeL initialisation finished (errorcode: 0)
