Hello, and thank in advance for any assistance offered.
I purchase CS-80V when it was at 1.1 and updated to 1.2 and maybe one version thereafter.
I have recently moved to a new PC, and I am reinstalling everything. My login account does not work. Every "contact option" available seems to require that my licensing account is active.
How can I resolve this with Arturia?

You don't need to login to install CS-80V.
Just enter the serial that came with the CDROM.
