Title: Just formatted my Pc, how to reactivate AFE?

Hi, i just had to format my pc because a big virus problem, and now i'm trying to reinstall AFE but i can't authorize it via syncrosoft. ¿Is there a way to reactivate it?

I've readed a lot of problems about it and a lot of problems with the Arturia technical support, ¿it will be another one?
