Title: reset compter now cant use authorization code

arturia are shit 4 support.wondered if anyones had the same problem.i bought analog factory experience the other day,insstalled on my comp fine but the vst took ages to load and sometimes didnt load at all so i reset my computer to factory settings to free up space an memory now i cant download the license.i know it said you can only download the license once but i thought that meant on one computer not once for the rest of my life.any help or comments welcome

change that.arturia on the phone are rubbish.didnt tell me anything useful but they got back to my email straight awaytthankyou so much.thought i could never use AFE ever again.thx again
