Title: Integration with external control surface
Post by: fuzzbass on March 05, 2008, 02:52:09 pm
I'm new to this instrument, and just getting under the hood.  I am working on a set of control templates for the Novation Remote SL, and this is generally going well.   I have some questions:
1. Is there a MIDI implementation chart?
2. Some of the controls (for instance, "feet") are not mappable to MIDI CC (at least via ctrl-click).  Are these hard coded to some value?

Thanks.

Not as far as I know.  Aside from the MIDI mappable controls, there's a few that are hardwired.  Pitchbend is hardwired to the Ribbon; Modwheel [CC#1] to the Wheel.  There's a couple more, which are explained here. Feet cannot be controlled via MIDI.  This has been requested.
