Does Arturia provide Technical Support for its U.S. Customers?
I submitted/opened a Tech Support Request on Friday, December 7, 2007 and provided some additional information the following day. I have sent two additional "reminder" emails.
It is now December 26th, 2007, 19 days since I opened the ticket, and there has been no response or activity at all.
This is also not a case of spam filtering or email blocking of my email, since there has been no response in Arturia's own support system (FogBugz).

As of Dec. 26th, 2007 -- No response

I am not going to be any help, but I, too, have an issue, just not ongoing for as long. Help, please?

-- Dec. 27th, 2007: Received a response apologizing for the delay and promising to get back to me "ASAP".
-- Jan. 6th, 2008: Still waiting for an answer to my support ticket (has been open 30 days)

Jan. 8th: I finally received a response. I still have a few questions, but I am glad someone is responding.

Jan. 15th: Waiting to get my questions really answered. The initial response was confusing, so I submitted some additional clarifying questions on Jan. 8th. No response.

Received a response, and got all of my questions answered.
It took awhile and a little prodding, but Arturia DID answer all of my questions.
