Title: Crackling Through Sound Card

I have the Mg Modular V and when I play it through my Creative X-Fi sound card, I get an annoying crackling sound. It is driving me crazy. When I first installed my XP Pro and Arturia, it wasn't there. However, now it is there and I can't figure out where it is coming from. I tried adjusting the card control panel but it didn't have any affect. Then I tried adjusting the sample rate from 44.1 to 96 and it locked up the computer. I had to restart and it had reverted to the 44.1.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't know if this will help, but I had a similar problem which turned out being interference from my wireless modem. I'd try moving all your stuff away from the tower. You can also try reinstalling the firmware.
